I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the importance of lighting in a home can not be overstated! Aside from its very functional purpose, lighting can be a piece of art, a sculptural statement that tells a story, and a tool to create a unique mood and energy in your space.

We have some gorgeous properties on the market right now and several of them have some really standout light fittings and pendants that bring so much life and energy into the home. It’s always exciting for us when we get to market a property with gorgeous light fittings, especially if they get to stay with the home when it sells!

Lighting can be a bit like artwork, it’s subjective and there’s a lot of great options out there.
