The Local x Anji Foster Property Mt Victoria Photography Competition 2026

6. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be contacted via the provided contact details by 1st June 2026.

  • Winning entries may be displayed in our office and featured in our community newsletter and/or on Lowe & Co’s social media channels.

7. Consent & Privacy

  • By submitting an entry, you are giving consent for the artwork, first name, and age to be shared for promotional marketing purposes.

  • Any personal information collected will be held securely and used only for the purpose of this competition, in accordance with Lowe & Co Realty’s Confidentiality and Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.

  • No personal contact details will be published or shared without explicit consent.

8. Health & Safety

  • Anji Foster & James Lowe accept no responsibility for any injury or loss incurred while participating in the competition or using the prize.

9. General

  • Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  • The competition is run by Anji Foster & James Lowe of Lowe & Co Realty (ANDCO Realty Ltd, Licensed REAA 2008).

1. Eligibility

  • This competition is open to people of all ages who are residents of the Wellington City Region.

  • Only one entry per person will be accepted.

2. Entry Period

  • The competition opens on 1st May 2026 and closes at 5:00pm on 31st May 2026.

  • Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

  • Completed entries can be submitted via email to anji@loweandco.nz.

  • All entries must include the person’s first name, age, contact phone number, and email address.

4. Judging Criteria

  • Show us Mt Victoria through your lens! Submit one photograph taken by you that best captures our suburb.

  • Winners will be selected by a judging panel of local artists.

  • The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prizes

  • One winner from each age category will receive a $200 Prezzy Card. Category #1: Age 14 and under. Category #2: Age 15 and over.

  • Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable.
